Pros

Excellent benefits. Depending on the department work/life balance can be great. Layoffs have been kept to minimum considering economic environment.

Cons

Relatively low pay. Heavy acquisition activity continues to add complexity and more work with no additional resources or compensation. Support out of the India shared service center is incompetent.

Pros

great on the resume, most are impressed with the company financially successful company if you don't want to work too hard, it's good, but don't expect much for career development great place for women with children and working from home

Cons

employees don't share in the financial success of the company very employee unfriendly, no sat surveys, performance reviews not required, it's like working in a prision. and if you don't like it, it's fine with them for you to leave.

Pros

Great place to make work experience. Everyone else believes you are incredibly good at what you do because you work in a company like Oracle.

Cons

Not that many opportunities to grow. Difficult to grow professionally - it's too big if you are planning to raise from the bottom.
