      Stable company with lot of micro management

      Pros

      Stable company, good training program, good to have on your resume for future jobs. Opportunity to learn new technologies due to acquisitions.

      Cons

      Pay package is below industry standards. Aggressive cost cutting during recession times. Micro management and lack of clear management communication. No leadership or guidelines for employees coming over for acquired companies. No social life or extra curricular activities if you are in remote offices. Basically its just work and work, not much anything else.

      the compay gives you a Laid back life. Flexible timings on some projects ITs new complex in goregaon has good infrastructure

      Cons

      Havent seen promotions in numerous years They will hire you as business analyst and then will make you work as functional testers. Be-ware.. there is life beyong flexcube, you might land in the services division.. prime sourcing, and its not the same as flexcube in work profile and salary status

      Pros

      Working with bright people on the latest enterprise software technologies can bring lot of excitement to the job. Savvy people can take advantage of lots of opportunities to work on projects of one's choosing. The facilities at headquarters are top-rate, and work-life balance is generally well respected.

      Cons

      Don't come to work for Oracle if salary is a top concern; you'll be frustrated by the compensation policies. Poor top-down communication, constant change in priorities, inability to adequately compensate engineers or grow organizations organically make for difficult times for middle management.
