      Pros

      Phase Forward does a good job of providing your resources to succeed at your job. The office is very nice and fully functional. The current culture is a good one and seem to hire nice, qualified people to work with.

      Cons

      The job is very demanding. There is no work/life balance. I am unclear whether there is or is not a chance for advancement within my department. Also they are behind on raises, possibly due to the economy.

      Pros

      They own their market. Good name to have on CV. It may not be nice to work for them but they no how to get their last pound of flesh or dollar from their products.

      Cons

      No empowerment to make any decisions at any level All decisions go to Larry's desk, even the very small. Do not expect to be treated fairly. Anyway of getting out of paying commission is used. Feeds and speeds product company. Solution is not in the dictionary. Margin first, customer not even a focus

      As a writer, that's all you focus on. You're just a number. The upside to this is that you really learn how to write, as that is all you're focused on.

      Cons

      The flip side is that you can be boxed in with no growth opportunities.
