      Pros

      Great benefits. Generally, smart and capable colleagues. World class products and great reference/name to input on a resume. Top notch campus.

      Cons

      Low pay that is not commensurate with experience and ability. I always felt like a new hire had to be getting paid more than me.

      Great benefits, lots of technologies and customers. Very flexible in terms of remote work. In fact, the more you work from home the better.

      Cons

      Oracle does not pay competative salaries. There are many internal open positions but its very to move to those positions.
