      Pros

      -Flexible hours -"Work from Home" program -Global environment -Casual dress -Excellent workforce in the company -Much respect among co-workers -Great work-life balance

      Cons

      -Long work days -Many meetings -Constant change in priorities -Constant re-organizing of the company -Reduction of Workforce was stressful -Power plays and much maneuvering by middle management to be better positioned to maintain their jobs prior to Oracle acquisition

      Not an exciting place to work. But you can keep good work life balance here.

      Pros

      Managers normally are ok with telecommuting 2 days a week. Work load is not that high. Have a decent gym in HQ. Relatively stable, I have seen a lot of people have worked there for more than 10 years, this is pretty rare in silicon valley companies.

      Cons

      No salary adjustment for 3 years. Lack of communication on what is going on within the company from the management. Lack of group activities. The company controls the spending tightly. There is long management chain, it's very hard for regular employee to see what's happening there.

      Excellent compensation and benefits package. A real commitment to their employees. Treat employees fairly and consistently. A company whose product is facilitates the greater good.
