      Pros

      Stable and relaxed working environment. Can work from home, pay is decent if you negotiate right when join. Plenty of opportunities to move around within the company, being it's such a huge company. Lots of chance to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      Promotion and career advancement can be extremely hard once you've reached a certain stage. Just to move up to level 5 engineer requires SVP approval and can take as long as a year, even if nobody objects.

      Pros

      Oracle is a good place to work - they are very aggressive when it comes to selling their solutions, and they know how to sell their solutions very, very well. Their solutions might be over priced sometimes and customers as a result have a resentment towards Oracle since they have no choice but to continue to buy from Oracle as it is too expensive to replace.

      Cons

      From an IT perspective, you are pretty much on your own - if you have an issue with something not working, it can be time consuming to fix and very frustrating.

      - Amazing work culture. - Good balance between work and personal life - Very challenging technical work

      Cons

      - Not much exposure to customer/customer related implementation - With Fusion its become a huge monster, so you don't get to see the bigger picture. - Salary is not that great, especially for those who have stayed here for > 3 yrs.
