      There are a lot but the main ones include the constant personal development, networking, and great coaching for greatness.

      Cons

      There are honestly no cons except the fact that I am the only person to determine how to succeed by using Oracle’s resources.

      Noah the Director cares about his people is a way no leader does!

      Pros

      A great place to work in, a great leader to work for! Performance based business which made me realize my potential and get compensated based on the extra effort that I put in more than other people! Noah is an extremely intelligent leader with a great dedication and ambition! The hardest working person I know!

      Leadership and success road aren’t necessarily comfortable!

You are right we do offer bonuses based upon hard work, we also offer a guaranteed base salary to all employees as well which allows for consistency and a performance based component as well. Additionally, the path for growth is not always easy, but it is quite rewarding. Thank you for taking the time to review us!
