Pros

As a big company, they can afford good benefits and small perks. Some of what we are doing is pretty cool - not directly because it's O, but just the nature of my position (distributed systems development)

Cons

Compensation (salary and bonus') are low-ish. Lots of bureaucracy that comes with a big company. So many levels of middle management that provide no value. Many of the "policies" only add overhead and paperwork.
