Pros

The management is flexible to life and work balance. The co-workers were encouraged to be respectful and courteous to each other as well as to the customers. Very good benefits.

Cons

The weekday employees and account managers take a week off twice a year, with no acknowledgment to the lower workers working 24/7 who must handle the customers. There used to be comp days given to the lower employees but when I left, that was taken away. The upper corporate managers promised no layoffs, however, nearly 60 employees were laid off abruptly in 2023.

Pros

The company offered good pay and benefits. The management was very compatible.

Cons

The company was affected by restaurants that went out of business due to the shutdowns in 2020. The management tried very hard to help restaurants and their employees but was forced to finally take cost-cutting measures.
