Pros

- good work life balance, generous time off - priceline discounts - booking holdings stock doing well

Cons

- bad managers are protected even though they have obvious competency issues - culture of blame and scapegoating - toxic and cliquish culture since new executives joined. Seems like everyone has been anxious about getting laid off anytime hence the blaming and scapegoating for self-preservation - honest feedback is not appreciated - expect retaliation from leadership

Pros

Honest and Transparent messaging during the interview process. The Recruiter created an environment of openness enabling me to ask the questions that would help with preparing for the interviews as well as be able to make an educated decision around joining this amazing company. Once hired, the Onboarding process is very structured with clarity on expectations during the first 30-60-90 days, a dedicated buddy and regular check-ins to ensure all questions are answered and enabling a swift and smooth learning curve.

Cons

Have not uncovered any glaring concerns

Pros

Work life balance. You can easily automate tasks. Office had a good snacks selection.

Cons

Worked at OT for 7+ years - I have seen a lot Zero progression, just a whole lot of nepotism and favouritism. Maybe try bringing in fresh talent instead oh recycling the same ineffective candidates. In all that time, I only had one manager who actually knew how to get things done. Plenty of people “falling upwards,” and once they’re there, it’s nearly impossible to get rid of them.
