Pros

Pay is good. Benefits are also nice, and the work can be exciting especially if you're looking for a transition out of the restaurant world into the corporate space.

Cons

Because of the structure of the company it is all about who your manager is. Cultures can vary drastically from team to team so if your manager sucks, so will your experience at OpenTable. The communication and goals set forth by the c-suite is often out of touch with reality.

Pros

The onboarding process is incredibly well paced with an efficient and realistic learning curve - not to steep and still quite interactive! Office atmosphere and team engagement is to best I've seen in an employer yet and retention is high, which signals to me this is a great company to stay with.

Cons

Frustrating pre-onboarding reference check process (exclusively the fault of the third-party used). They created multiple duplicate conversation threads and repeated requests for the same documentation.
