      The office is close to public transportation, great working environment, professional coworkers, they provide you with everything you need to get your job done.

      Pushing management, tight deadlines, periodically working extra hours.

      Pros

      The company culture at OpenTable is nothing short of amazing. Having worked for well know and prestigious companies in the hospitality industry in the past, I would say that the quality of life at OpenTable out shines all other companies. It's most certainly a "work hard, play hard" culture. Good humor is appreciated, and all employees are supportive and encouraging of their peers to succeed. It really is quite amazing. Plus the pay is pretty good and expectations/goals are realistic.

      Cons

      Working remotely can sometime be a little lonely, but I knew that when I took the job. The online interaction between peers does compensate a bit for the lack of in-person engagement. Overall, the "cons" are negligible in comparison to the "pros".
