Cons

- Being a large, global organization, there can be a steep learning curve to understand the local nuances - The company continues to evolve which means continuous on-the-job learning and experimenting. It may not be for someone who is looking for something routine.

Since day 1, I have felt the support from the whole team and it has been such a smooth and positive onboarding process. I feel that OT is giving me all the tools I need to be prepared for my day to day job. My team is amazing!
