Pros

Great team. Great benefits. Cares about work-life balance. Get to work on features used by millions, in a product people love and have heard of. Priorities from the C-suite on down are genuinely aligned with the best interests of both sides of the platform (almost unheard of in an increasingly ens***ified tech ecosystem). Clear path to growth. Great mix of autonomy and support. Great exec team. Makes me overuse the word great, without being prompted.

Cons

It's a mature company with a mature product. The cake is, in many ways, baked. A lot of time spent trying to figure out how to shoehorn features in without breaking things, as opposed to building truly new things.

Pros

Good benefits and culture in the office with lots of freebies such as drinks, snacks, coffee and other things

Cons

Very KPI heavy and Americanised which doesn’t always work in the European market and leads to CSRs struggle hitting all the points.
