Pros

I used to work at OpenTable, left for family reasons, then returned when a job came up. I'm so glad to be back - they could not do more for you. It's really hard to fault anything. Fantastic onboarding and training, tons of support from my manager, great healthcare package, great range of software to aid me in my job, positive environment to work in.

Cons

Sometimes the workload can be a tad heavy, but then that applies to any job and my feedback is taken on board.

Pros

From the beginning, I’ve felt truly supported by my colleagues across different teams. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, and everyone is generous with their time and knowledge. The onboarding experience was well-organized and gave me the confidence to start contributing early on. I’ve also appreciated how approachable and responsive the tech and CQ teams are whenever questions come up.

Cons

Some procedures in the LATAM region don’t fully align with what’s covered during global onboarding. This can create some uncertainty when trying to apply what we learned in training to real situations.
