Cross-functional collaboration was encouraged, and customer feedback really mattered, it wasn't just lip service. The culture is fast-paced but empathetic, and there's a strong sense of ownership across teams. If you’re passionate about customer experience and want to grow in a place that values people, OT is a great choice

Cons

The hybrid model requires being in the office three days a week, which isn’t very flexible, but it does help foster team connection and collaboration. It’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for full remote flexibility, but if you're ready to commit, the in-person time adds value.

Debby and Sagar have ruined morale with their leadership. They love creating a false sense of urgency and a blame culture. Don’t believe all these fake reviews that praise the company
