- Work with teammates from over 50 countries - Hyper growth mode allows me to grow exponentially in a short period of time - Literally everyone works remotely in their own country, like what the company has been promoting

Cons

- Sometimes there’s a language barrier during communication - A little bit downside of fully remote working is the lack of physical human interaction that would have happen in an office.

Pros

Great carreer opportunities. Overall good compensation. Work hard, earn rewards culture. Diverse, fun culture. Your team, your besties! Young senior manager team. It feels like a big sports team, where winning is in the air! If not used to work hard and have a early stage Start Up way of doing things, it might not be the right place for you. It's definitely a company that expects you to be super proactive and encourages you to be your own boss most of the time! IF you are wondering if it's compatible with work&travel or nomad kind of life, referring strictly to a sales position I'd say it's a definite YES as long as you stay in the same continent/time zone.

Cons

Information gets lost and worldwide teams don't really communicate with each other. Prospection is very agressive, and most of the time customers get upset because they have been contacted one too many times, and no one is working on this.
