      My teammates were great people.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.

      No pros just fakery everywhere

      - The company doesn't care about the workers. - Layoffs without reason other than not having enough budget. - No structured operations or way of work. - The product is really bad and hundreds of complains from the clients each day. - If you work here, you will be managed to failure.

      The direct team I worked with was great

      C-Level doesn’t care about their people. I was let go due to “financial problems” the same day the company gave away thousands of dollars of gifts to its staff. They made me sit through that just to be let go 4 hours later (5 days before Christmas). Additionally, no product direction, out of touch with pricing, benefits are trash, and no career advancement opportunities.
