100% remote work without micromanagement. Good levels of autonomy and independence. Commitment to changing the market through the use of technology. Embraces the use of collaborative platforms to get the job done remotely.

Cons

Lack of commitment to mid-long term goals. Hyper focus on the short term. Business shifts drastically every quarter. Values are very fluid and not upheld if it doesn't mean immediate benefit to the bottom line. Bias towards Colombians or native Spanish speakers for leadership positions. Independent Contractor relationship with no clear benefits, non-exclusive relationship on paper, but expectation of full-time dedication in practice.
