The corporate team is actually a joke. As mentioned in other reviews, corporate is more interested in pursuing relationships with the younger girls of the company instead of working to make the business succeed. Sales product is rarely in stock, technicians are often not actually certified, there is zero formal training, they do not follow Apple guidelines regardless of feedback received from employees, third party accessories are passed off as original, and it is honestly surprising that Apple hasn't revoked their service contract.

No leadership, no culture, no structure, no organization, no collaboration, does not invest in employees. No training whatsoever. Management tends to hire kids along with their friends. Upper management known to have inappropriate relations with employees. Company has no HR department. Payroll is paid when they remember. Would not be surprised if it turned out that the ownership/management were using the company as a front to launder money...
