The advantage of this job is that the company is affiliated with Apple and that can open many doors outside of this company and customers tend to trust you more easily.

Cons

Very low pay for the work you put. Corporate is a huge disorganized mess that pretends to care about being a part of Apple but does not care for customers. The marketing team does not speak english and leave you to embarrassingly explain to customer after customer why everything is misspelled or has the wrong information. Constant lack of the products people ask for and the sales people NEED to sell. Constant lack of attention from higher management about problems in the store with equipment or even customers.
