Pros

Employee cafeteria is pretty decent. Hotel discount for employees is OK.

Cons

Every corporate culture red flag you've ever been warned about is embodied here. The company has zero interest in retaining talent. Their model is to let good people leave for higher pay and replace them rather than give a wage increase. In addition, management salaries are not competitive locally, which adds to frequent turnover of talent. Great stepping stone job.

Competitive pay and bonus incentive, vertical integration business model, 401k match is competitive

Cons

PTO is garbage, worst I’ve ever had. Less holidays than any company I’ve worked for as well. Takes a year to qualify for 401k match Expensive healthcare on both ends VERY inconsistent leadership styles Archaic view on remote work from HR and ownership while commercial leadership sings a different tune Demanding workload and not enough PTO to rest and recharge Understaffed distribution team
