Great opportunities for networking and working in high-end environments. The team culture is supportive, and the tips are consistently good.

Cons

The hours can be very long and physically demanding. Work-life balance is difficult during the busy wedding and holiday seasons

Pros

- mostly friendly coworkers - Fun environment - management listens to associate ideas & concerns. - Bingo every month coming up. - Raffles + events . - associate birthday s every month appreciation w/cake and ice cream. - Hot lunch + breakfast daily. - Grace with call offs/ missing shifts -clean workplace - good pay 💰

Cons

- one chef likes to micromanage the stewards when not needed. (Makes me feel like I’m not doing a good enough job) - no pto/sick leave until 1 year. (90 day probation) - sometimes front desk doesn’t answer when you need to call off your shift. - Cameras in kitchen now (not necessarily a bad thing. I feel watched)
