Do not work here if you have ethics or morals...I thought Old Navy cared about it's employees and customers I was wrong...I am giving my notice on basis of this immoral activity.

Horrible management at all levels. It takes an act of God to get promoted. There never add any positions, so you have to wait until someone leaves or gets fired.
