Old Navy has great benefits and competitive pay rates. ON allows employees to have fun while developing their skills and creating a fun atmosphere for customers to shop.

Cons

The extra long extended hours for holiday season!

Pros

- The discounts were definitely worthwhile - The friendships I created with co-workers were invaluable - The store was fairly busy so the hours went by quickly

Cons

- The management was incredibly rude and disrespectful - There was a stress placed on encouraging customers to apply for ON credit cards...which made no sense since most people shopping at ON already know of the company and have the card (at least in the ON I worked at)
