      -There are always sales going on in Old Navy. -Discounts to all stores in the Old Navy franchise. -Co-workers are easy to get along with

      Cons

      -Not given enough hours. -If you're scheduled to close, you're most likely going to be leaving at 3am.

      It's an ok place to work if you're looking for a part time job as a student

      Pros

      it's easy, simple, not hard to learn, meet lots of people everyday. Lots of flexibility on hours, since each store has lots of employees if you just an associate.

      Cons

      it's the most boring place to work in terms of when you're not busy with customers. Shipment, you basically work alone. Folding tables is usually done alone. Go-Backs (returning clothes where they belong) is the worst and is super annoying, tiring, and have to know where everything goes

      Good employee benefit Flexible schedule if you have another job Nice co-workers

      Cons

      Pushing ONC's in an economy that is not getting better No room for growth Doing the same thing every shift Management has major favoritism Scheduled shift seems longer than it should be Management disorganized and lack of communication between them Need to train employees instead of just throwing them on the floor without any valuable training other than the orientation videos which dont help much
