      Culture and Leadership not for me

      Pros

      When I interviewed, I was very excited to learn more and join the company. Pay and benefits were okay. The culture seemed very positive and supportive.

      Cons

      Training when I started was disorganized. I commuted to different stores (which was fine if I was learning). However, the majority of GMs who trained me complained that they did not have time to train a new GM and were not compensated for doing so. The store I was to supervise was understaffed and had some very difficult conflicts that needed to be resolved. There was no communication prior to my start there, and the DM told me, "These people had been a problem for years." Long story short, the culture was not positive. Upper leadership changed 4 times within the 3 years I was with the company. I found it to be unprofessional and unsupportive.
