      The pay was good and it was close to my home

      Cons

      The store was always a mess. You never left feeling like you accomplished something. The managers were rude and disrespectful to associates. Also to customers. They always sat in the office gossiping about other team members. There were cliques and if you were not part of one you were never scheduled or when you were scheduled they always gave you the worst shifts. Just a really bad, unprofessional environment to work in. I will never work for them again. Its surprising because Gap Inc. is known for their work ethic but you would never know that from working here.
