Pros

It's not overly bureaucratic or hierarchical. You can get things done there. Salary is generous plus other benefits and entitlements make working at the OSCE a pretty good prospect (although many would say the benefits are not as good as those at the UN).

Cons

Constant threat of budget cuts is discouraging. Not a place for professional staff to develop a long-term career because P staff have to leave after 7 years of service. This rule leads to an unhealthy dynamic in the Organization.
