      Imagine a leader whose entire sense of self-worth is tied to working 18 hours per day in an attempt to overcompensate for having absolute zero leadership skills. Welcome to the world of Finance at PO. Immature, trivial, unable to communicate, overly emotional, anger issues, and likely untreated mental health issues help to summarize the situation. Seriously, I have seen better leadership on a little league soccer team. As you can imagine, those who surround this team are 'yes men and women' who are afraid of their own shadows. Constant turnover. Zero work/life balance. Will fire you if you disagree or have different ideas. No one should have to work like this.

      A lot of coworker conflicts, no team work ,management is awful,very hot inside plant.The shift hrs are not good for people with family.

      Great benefits, free coffee and tea, monthly lunch parties, trip to France.

      Onboarding process was awful. Zero commitment to training for the job that you have. They essentially throw you to the wolves. A hands-off and intimidating leadership approach. You only get feedback on your work if it is bad and if you ask for more development there is zero commitment to developing a plan. Even the interns think that their work is a joke with little to no direction or learning opportunity. I was hired on by a manager and then only spoke to him a total of 3 more times.
