The pay is competitive however, the hours worked and treatment from leadership makes it not worth the pay.

Cons

The company is extremely disorganized. They seem to care more about individuals they can bring in from France or other countries. Unless you know someone within leadership you will not be considered for other positions. Yelling and being cursed out is a regular occurrence. The turnover rate is extremely high with burnout being a common occurrence.

A lot of the uppers are filled with lies. Favorites are picked, though that is everywhere you go now a days. Will fire you without reason and little defense.
