Pros
The jobs are relatively easy; co-workers are friendly and helpful, management is good to work with as long as you do what you are supposed to (come in on scheduled days on time, come back from break on time, keep parts flowing through your area.)
Cons
Only cons I can say is that overtime is expected. When we are fully staffed mandatory ot dries up, but with people being transferred to learn other departments we are rarely fully staffed.
