No academic freedom for teachers. Minimal to no career growth for administrative personnel

Salary is high, with additional allowance upon regularization Strong foundation Values their students

Cons

-Long hours of work, no overtime pay -You will start as a contractual employee for 3 mos. if you passed, you will be a probationary employee for 6 mos. NOT FAIR. -very strict with hair color, hair length, make-up, color of shoes and pants. -probationary shirt/uniform is not free -office hours for admin personnel is Mon-Sat.
