4 day work weeks and the ability to be a part of many interesting projects. Excellent salary and benefits Focus on training to build long term employees

Cons

Incredibly political and clique environment. If you are among the in group or liked by the higher ups, then there is no wrong that you can do. If you are not toeing the company line or ask questions as to why, be prepared to be literally blocked out of the inner circle. Results are secondary to building superficial and shallow relationships. Sadly the blue collar workers are strung along by smiling faces with dead eyes. Be prepared to play the political game or be prepared to find a new job fast
