      The Company is always seeking continuous improvement and offer developmental programs to ensure employees are well informed and engaged. General impression that the company does really care about its employees and is looking for long term sustainability in that global fertilizer industry.

      Cons

      Too many leadership role changes in recent times that creates and uncomfortable feeling and indicates that if you are not perfect you may not be enough. Need more stability at the top.
