The benefits are the best I've had of my three jobs that offered them, the pay is decent for the cost of living in my area, they're very safety oriented as a company, and I like the people I work with.

Cons

Their onboarding process is a bit whack in that it takes a long time to get everything processed, management at lower levels is either inexperienced or focused on issues that aren't important, and any HR issues you've got may take a while to get handled

Lack of room to grow with in the company Overworked. Tasks thrown at you when your workload is already full. No work life balance due to work loads
