      Pros

      The people at Nutrien are among the best I have ever worked with - smart, hard working, and genuinely caring. The collaboration between teams is supportive and inclusive.

      The volume of work is quite high.

      Decent benefits as far as health insurance

      Cons

      Long hours average pay zero room for advancement unless you’re one of the managers buddies zero accountability from division manager to branch manager. Branch manager gets plenty of time off while the lower employees continue to work and get the jobs done
