Pros

100% 401k contributions up to 9% Insurance benefits Competitive pay with written progression plan & annual cost of living raise w/ performance bonus for each employee every March.

Cons

Management will be “professional” towards you initially but will either put you on their hit list or will have your back. This will be dependent on who you are (familial ties), where your from, or how similar you are to your crowd.

Pros

None anymore. Past 2 1/2 years have been terrible.

Cons

We had great leadership 2 years ago and then they fired all the people that cared about the people under them. We also were meeting release deadlines. Ever since they fired the great leaders and brought in the trash leadership from John Deere we've struggled to meet our goals and deadlines. The market value has tanked and so has our bonuses. Mediocre raises and a dwindling bonus. No opportunity to move up and leadership expects you to predict what another department wants before they ask for it to get a promotion. It's not realistic and they now only hire externally. They refuse to make exceptions to the return to office policy for people with medical issues and doctors notes. This place is a political nightmare and anyone in leadership should be ashamed of themselves. Your boss can cuss at you and you're the one that gets fired for speaking up about it. Retaliation is their thing and someone might have a great case to build against them if they continue doing what they are. If you're looking for a new job avoid this place. The whole software development life cycle is completely unorthodox and not in a good way.
