      Free coffee. Located near home.

      Cons

      Top down culture. Major gap between senior leaders and employees. Very few promotions. Spends nothing on culture. 5 days mandatory in office. Prioritizes ability to play the corporate game over competence. Dominated by arrogance at all levels. Has gotten progressively worse since the merger. Sloppy and disorganized.

      Excellent salary and benefits. IT leadership managers directors are all focused to market themselves to the vice president not worried what you do or work

      Get paid not work full time just do what vice president or directors of it wants monthly once of two and then you get highlight no one bothers want you want or company
