      Lots of interesting projects, lots to learn, great technology stacks to work with, great culture, and very respectful and open minded colleagues and managers

      Cons

      Everyone is too busy all the time. A lot to do but not enough long term employees to own projects and backlog

      Flexible work schedule if needed, steady, access to large field of resources, internal training development, local and global, good retirement savings, vacation and OT

      Cons

      Toxic upper management, HR works for management instead of all employees, arrogant, if you're not a "company man" you wont fit (no free thinking)
