      Pros

      Good co-workers, great customer's. Loved my job. Great benefits /vacation time. Lots of free time in the winter 401k and company matched 401k. Paid sick leave.

      Cons

      Poor management. Underpaid. Under appreciated for the work you do. Looked over for advancements. Poor quality trucks and forklift and other equipment.

      -large company -relatively stable -good benefits -lots of locations -large product offering of all brands and varieties -newer facilities at retail -heavy focus on safety

      Cons

      -no real strategy in place to grow the business -weak employees seem to be promoted and kept - employee turnover is huge, right now there are 45 jobs unfilled - company culture is depressing. No kind of motivational or inspirational events to make employees feel like part of a progressive team. - everyone is left to themselves to train and learn about company systems and processes. - all focus is on margins and share value with little to no focus on the customers.

      Pros

      Excellent 401K Company Match - better than any other company. Great work-life balance. Health benefits are refreshingly good. In addition to my annual vacation, there is one week of personal (flexible) time off. The people I work with have integrity.

      Cons

      Management is not organized very well. There is a high amount of turn-over. Overall salary is slightly lower then industry trends. Communication doesn't flow across organizations.
