Great place to work. Very flexible if you need time off to do anything pay is alright but during the busy season it’s great also great benefits that start day one. 9% match on 401k and 3 weeks of vacation

Cons

Slow season is hard. Will be very bored so you will have to find things to do to occupy your time.
