I’ve been here 3 years. I’m listed as a truck driver but I do everything. I work as a mechanic, a loader, and even the manager. I run the plant for my boss when he takes off. Before I learned how to fill in for him, he never took off because there was no one to run the place. There is only 3 of us while other locations have the same amount of workers but not nearly the same work load. If you work hard, they put all the work load on you and let lazy workers do whatever they want. They let them take company vehicles to run personal errands! There isn’t any breaks during the busy season. No raises, no bonuses. All the equipment is rusted to the point they are a danger. They refuse to buy new class A trucks. They are always broken down. Let me finish with this. I’ve watch them work an old man who’s heart is pumping at less than 50% 100 times harder then they work a 20 year old. If you work hard you will treated as a slave, if you are lazy you will be treated as royalty. Don’t work for this company. And of course the pay is crap. 15 bucks an hour. If they like you, they might give you the company’s starting pay of 17 an hour.
