      Terrible management, complete disregard for employees while preaching they care, only care about shareholder prices.

      Worst Onsite Management I've Ever Seen

      I get paid well and the benefits are great. The work is easy enough and the people are pretty all right.

      Cons

      I have never worked at a facility in my entire career that was ran worse than the one I am at. There is no Safety team, no HR, no real management in general. A

      Pros

      Stability during economic fluctuation, upper management encourages feedback from employees, excellent 401K match, great people to work with, office casual attire, lot more flexible with employees' needs than most companies and the feel of a family environment.

      Cons

      The salary structure needs to be reviewed and improved (pay is not consistent across job titles), long hours during busy season, lack of job ownership with some employees
