Pros

Pay isn't bad, pretty good benefits.

Cons

Merger has really moved everything around and not in a good way. We have become lead by men who don't care, and managers who aren't there. When they are, they are more focused on how well their department looks rather than how well they can help their department with problems. Most employees are overworked and underappreciated. Not to mention the favoritism that flies through here.

- Mismanagement of resources - Exploiting personal time by overloading work and setting unrealistic deadlines - Internal politics getting in way of the core work - After the merger, upper management is busy proving themselves at the cost of the employee morale

Nothing , its a horrible place to work.

Cons

I left the company on my own due to the constant discriminatory events I came to witness while being here. Nutrien is a sexist company and continues to show patterns of gender discrimination. They only promote young white males. Even if you are an educated more experienced female, they will promote a young white inexperienced male into a position instead. Do not work here if you are a female or any other ethnicity. Other than being a young white male, you will not go anywhere within this company.
