      Pros

      There is a diverse range of cropping and learning experiences, along with a wide spectrum of people to deal with and learn from.

      Cons

      it is too faced paced, with no real mentoring involved. Feels too pushy for sales while having restrictions to make sales. Minimal trust in the staff that is on the ground with customers.

      Pros

      Very competitive pricing on all products due to company size. Willing to invest in you and stand behind you. Lots of good resources available.

      Cons

      Was not impressed with HR when first started. Did not get much explained to me about day to day things or expense reporting, proper procedures etc.
