Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. A TRUE team atmosphere. I enjoy coming to work here every day. I've searched my entire career for a job like this - no drama, much trust, respect and collaboration.

Cons

Slow transition to new company-wide centralized HR structure. Most things HR related on an individual employee basis are handled electronically and out of state. Still working out the kinks, but headed in the right direction.
