      Pros

      Nutrien's Commitment to Zero in safety, excellent training initiatives and benefits are top of mind when it comes to the Pros.

      Cons

      Sometimes things get a little muddied when it comes to how things work in Canada vs. the States. Also, I don't think they realize how small some stations are when they make changes to things.

      Pros

      Beyond the great benefits offered, the company really values its people which makes it an outstanding place to be. I noticed it from the day I started, but it has become especially prevalent with COVID 19 and their quick decisive action to keep employees safe, ensure employees have resources to work from home, and continue open communication from management in times of duress. I feel like anyone interviewing at a prospective employer in the next decade should ask how that company treated employees during the COVID 19 pandemic to gauge how the company values its employees (especially when times are tough), and I can safely say Nutrien handled it extremely well.
