      Good front-line employees, but going to work is miserable - There is no trust in the organization; reactive culture and blaming others

      Cons

      New ideas can't thrive, people can't be honest, bullying and leaders are given power that goes to their heads to fuel their egos. Not a healthy environment with a "yes" culture and keep your mouth shut.
