      Pros

      This company will go above and beyond to meet needs. They give you decent pay, and plenty of time off to balance work/ home, except for in season.

      You wear many hats. Super busy during season, random hours

      Pros

      Great support from fellow employees and management. I have stepped out of my comfort zone, taken on new roles and responsibilities and I have the training and support that I needed to feel/be successful.

      Cons

      Nutrien is growing and changing so much sometimes it can be a challenge to manage that change.
